Plastic injection mold with HASCO standard. From the design, we have HASCO concept to design the mold. Professional machining with Japanese MAKINO CNC machining. Normally the mold lead time is 35-45 days. After we get the order from customer, the mold design work will start. It takes about 5 days to design the molds. Then the design will be sent to customer for approval. After customer’s approval, we can start to process. After the processing, we will test the mold and send the samples to customer for part approval. After part approval, we will send the mold to customer.
Professional mold making, with hotrunner system, for example, Synventive, Mastip, Moldmaster, Yudo. We are professional multi-cavity mold making supplier. It takes about 30 days to finish the processing of one mold. Then we can make mold sampling. After that, we can make dimension report to check the result of the samples. The samples will be sent to customer for checking too. The communication with customer is very important. Hotrunner system is designed by our mold designer. The whole mold construction design will be sent to customer for confirmation.
